Item ordered in Sep 2020 not arrived yet. Tracking shows item still in
transit since Nov. Seller does NOT want to give me a refund. eBay
website can NOT find neither the item number nor the order number. I
have no way to dispute this. Please help!

Ebay could not help me because the case was too old. Ebay was not able
