Labels from ebay (only) print with blue shadow, and are not scanning

I don't know why but whenever I print a label from ebay it prints with a blue shadow/blur, and they can't be scanned. If I buy and print the label from pirate ship and/or get labels from other selling platforms, they print perfectly and scan properly...
