Labels from ebay (only) print with blue shadow, and are not scanning

I don't know why but whenever I print a label from ebay it prints with a blue shadow/blur, and they can't be scanned. If I buy and print the label from pirate ship and/or get labels from other selling platforms, they print perfectly and scan properly. I've even tried screen shotting the label and printing it but still get the same result. But then if i email the label to postal connection and they print it, it prints fine. I can't figure this out. Any ideas?

I finally was able to get it to print properly by changing my print settings from 4x6 to 8.5x11. Not that that should make a difference but it did. I had changed it originally to fit more labels on each page. I print on 8.5x11 sheets that are divided into multiple labels (4 or 2) I want to get 4 labels per sheet and the way I originally figured out how to get it to print on the bottom 1/4 of the page was using the 4x6 format. But I changed it back to regular format and it started printing normal black again so I figured out a way to adjust my printer settings to print on the bottom 1/4 of the page instead of using the ebay settings.  Like I said this shouldn't of mattered but it did, and it's working properly now, and that's all I care.... thank you for all your suggestions
