Labels from ebay (only) print with blue shadow, and are not scanning

I don't know why but whenever I print a label from ebay it prints with a blue shadow/blur, and they can't be scanned. If I buy and print the label from pirate ship and/or get labels from other selling platforms, they print perfectly and scan properly. I've even tried screen shotting the label and printing it but still get the same result. But then if i email the label to postal connection and they print it, it prints fine. I can't figure this out. Any ideas?

It has to be in your settings for your printing the label.  Look at it VERY closely.  Check everything.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, clear your cache and cookies.  Or maybe try a different browser.  Any or all of which can contribute to the problem.

@nursing_student_chad85  One thing you can try is printing from the system dialog box. It doesn't sound like a local problem, given that everything else prints fine, but at least you can try reformatting there (if you haven't tried that already).

Can you show one of your screen shots here?

What printer are you using?

Some printers work poorly with some websites, even though they work fine elsewhere.

Let us know exactly what you have tried, details are important.  And then we can go from there with other ideas that may help.

To include the type of printer you are using.  Like I use a dedicated Zebra thermal printer for all my shipping labels.  What do you use?

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Check any print/printer options to print background colors or gray scale.

Does the label preview look correct?

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

I appreciate it. I've been busy. It's only from my phone so it's not the printer itself. Left is printed from phone. Right is printed from computer

Please don't feel that way.  I'm no techy, but my husband is.  I give him all my problems to fix for me.  But I'm lucky.

Something to consider.  That Epson is expensive to operate with the ink and labels.  You might consider buying a Thermal Printer so you never need ink again.  They really aren't that expensive and mine probably paid for itself in the first year.  You want the one with a 4x6" label.

Mine I bought on Ebay used years ago.  Likely close to 15 years and it is still going strong.  It is a Zebra ZP450.  They really are worth the investment.

Just something to think about.

The system dialog box is in the print menu, but that's in the web app, and I see that it's printing from the phone app that's giving you problems, so it won't do any good - I can see what you mean, though, it looks really sludgy. Have you tried printing from the web app on your phone? It's  strain on the eyes, but you can isolate if it's something in the phone app or not.

(Just FYI below - it's handy to know where the system dialog box is because it locally controls the settings for your printer if you're having trouble printing labels from your computer)
