The buyer paid for the product and immediately asked to cancel the
order, I was charged about $40 for ad fee with Payoneer. Will these
funds be returned to me or not? Has anyone experienced this?

once placed 44% standard advertising (two years ago for test) and this
is the reason why such a percentage was removed.
