Thanks for the helpful information. The buyer did not respond after
multiple messages try to work out a solution. I begrudgingly accepted
the return, since it was at the point where eBay could step in, and it
sounds like allowing the buyer to escalat...
I haven't had any issues since that one time. Haven't received my March
invoice yet. Reminds me why it is a good idea to always check my
invoices though.
