What do you do when eBay does not investigate false allegations about the description of an item and refunds the money?

I have accidentally hit the accept return request key. So I filed a dispute against the buyer falsely claiming a damaged item. Will this stop their refund? I’m waiting on a resolution from eBay which it taking longer then expected.
