Since ebay went to this terrible managed payments I need some help. How do I make a partial refund to a buyer???It was easy to do with paypal and now it all sucks.

I need to give a partial refund or maybe a full refund but since we now have this TERRIBLE MANAGED PAYMENTS I can't figure out a way to do this. It was always easy on paypal. How do I give a partial refund?????????

Can I opt out of managed payments and use paypal only

Managed payments suck. They don't send a email with the buyers info or any info for that matter. I have to search around to get the buyers shipping address. I hate this, I want to use paypal only.
