partial refund

Since ebay went to this terrible managed payments I need some help. How do I make a partial refund to a buyer???

It was easy to do with paypal and now it all sucks.

Within Seller Hub, go to Orders.  Whether it's an order awaiting shipment or already shipped, just click on the order number.  You can also do this from your Payments Summary page.  Click on the order number.  You will find a pull down menu near the top right of the order screen giving you several options.  Scroll down and n

ear the bottom is "send refund".  Once you click on that, you'll have a choice to send full or partial.
