partial refund

I need to give a partial refund or maybe a full refund but since we now have this TERRIBLE MANAGED PAYMENTS I can't figure out a way to do this. It was always easy on paypal. How do I give a partial refund?????????

Go to your orders and on the left of the order you want to refund,  there is a drop down menu. Choose refund and determine the amount, input and send.
