I have an odd one. A buyer tried to buy something from me but her
payment method was declined. She is trying to re-purchase with a
different CC but now the item shows out of stock on the listing page. (I
also see this when I look at the catalog page)...
Is anyone else seeing problems in the last couple of days with what
calculated shipping is charging buyers? I got a question yesterday from
a buyer why they were being charged over $10 for shipping on something
listed as 1st class calculated shipping...

Sounds like you purchased a new label every time you tried to print. You
can cancel out the labels that aren't being used and you will be
refunded for them. It takes a while for the refunds to show up as they
won't do it until after a certain amount ...
