I am billed for my store front on the 1st. I changed my store from starter to basic on the 27th. I am being invoiced for the basic already . Am I billed ahead on this or is it with everything else on invoice and billed for the previous month

I could go with that theory until I promoted well above their suggested rate and still nothing show up. did ebay search as well google search, clearly showing those items were not being promoted as they should. some items I have are not promoted and ...
