List as 'lots' and sell the in 'ship-able' size?? 100 of these, 20 of that etc.

Yep, I agree with stainless, Do smaller lots, Very doubtful anyone will buy your entire inventory, & you would not be able to ship it all, unless you shipped in multiple boxes & that would get very costly, Good Luck!

Difficult to make recommendations without having a general idea of what you have and how much you have. Based on your sold items it looks like a lot of clothing and shoes which are highly saturated categories on eBay. I would start with a local garage/estate sale and see how much you could move quickly and for cash. Your in North Carolina so weather may play a role this time of year. You could price 15-20% less since you would not be paying any fees, you don't have to worry about returns and buyers don't have to worry about shipping issues.
You could try some local forums FB or CL as either single items or lots and sell for cash again same advantages as yard sale. The issue with eBay depending on how much "inventory" you have is how long it may take you to liquidate it.

Thank you . it appears you are the only one that actually read and comprehended what I was asking. I m looking to sell the entire inventory at one time. maybe someone looking to get into it or something.

My presumption is that you want to sell your entire current inventory as a lot, not piece by piece.
It might be difficult to do that on eBay. What you have sold so far appears to be mostly shoes and clothing and those are two of the most saturated categories on eBay as you no doubt know.
Perhaps try FB Marketplace and/or Craig's List.
