As the seller, you are responsible for getting that delivery scan. Once
you have that, eBay policy protects you against INR claims. You may have
to jump through some hoops first, but you will win any case brought
against you.
I will sometimes block buyers who ask too many, and certain types of,
questions BEFORE they buy. Do this long enough and you can spot a
"problem" customer a mile a way. An ounce of prevention is worth more
than a pound of cure.
