We were opted into MP on June 28. Our billing cycle ends on the 31st of each month. Obviously, we still owed money after the statement ran June 31 and they took the money from our card on July 8. However, since then....we obviously still get FVF cred...

We had a buyer purchase 2 items from us....he returned 1 of the 2 items. We did a refund for this item but I'm not showing the FVF being refunded for that. What is going on?
