If I take this holster out of the package, could I sell this as "New"?
It's currently listed as "Open Box" but I'm contemplating selling it

A locked listing on eBay prevents a sale on one of my other online
selling platforms. I have nothing to lose trying a sale. Even one
transaction is better than none. Thanks for the advice.
I don't like the Offers feature because it locks up my listing if the
buyer doesn't accept or reject it. So, I manually lower the price every
day or two until I reach my bottom price.
Technically, 74 and 18 on another account I manage for a relative (92,
but who's counting except you haha). Anyways, your discovery explains
the issue. I appreciate you investigating and figuring out the issue.
