I sold an item at a higher price then normal and eBay is now holding my
funds for 5 days. The item has already been delivered to the buyer.
Calling agents is worthless as they can't do anything about it but it

described" in order not to pay my 10% restocking fee and mailed me the
exact same envelope with only the bubbl...

protect sellers from liars and thieves....
This is the first reply that was helpful. I am going to see about small
claims court since the buyer in In LA only 2 hours away from my home. I
can file in my county and make him come here to fight it. Thanks
I sold it for my cost. It was in inventory too long and it needed to go.
I lost $800 eBay did not stand up for me to at least get the item back.
