First time this happened. I do not offer returns except for not as described. Buyer said it didn't fit so I said no returns. Then she said it was fake and not as described. eBay found in my favor because it's clearly buyers remorse. Now she has gone to her bank and I have funds on hold because of a payment dispute. I can only attach one file which I made my screen shot of the description. What else can we do to prove it's actually as described? Anyone else have this issue with a buyer?
