Yes I have tried another browser on another PC. I guess I'll just have
to contact customer support. I originally just clicked the "add later"
or whatever. But now it doesn't have any way for me to add info.

"Register Now" link and goes to page that says "It’s now simpler to get
paid on eBay" with a link "Learn More" which takes me back to that
