Local Pickup - Can't give buyer my contact info?

I have someone interested in buying an item I'm selling through local pickup only. It's a big fat heavy item that is not reasonable to ship. A potential buyer is driving over two hours to view the item before buying. How the hell am I supposed to let them know where I live if I can't provide them contact information through PayPal messaging? The eBay messaging system says I can't provide my contact info. No way are they going to buy it sight unseen, I don't blame them. They wanted to check it out today, but I can't let them know where I live?

Hello! I have the same problem. I did not know to click on the Share Phone Number box. Now it will not let me check the box, refuses to accept the number now, since the item is allready listed and sold. I thought once buyer paid I could communicate with him, but still Ebay will not let my messages with my address or phone number go thru to the buyer (item paid for, money held by Ebay til he picks up). Any advice on how to get my address or phone to the buyer now?  Thank you!!!

You should be able to share contact information once your buyer pays.   Do you see the payment on your summary page?

If it's paid for then you should have the buyers phone number on your order details page and you can give them a call.  

Click on View Order details from the drop down menu next to the sold item on this page:

Next over on the right of the order details click on show contact info then you will see the buyers phone number and disguised email that you can use.  The email will go to their personal email account, not sure of contact information will be blocked using that email, it shouldn't be.

Thank you so much for your reply, I appreciate it!!!! but when I follow those steps, there is no buyer information other than their ebay name. It is a "local Pick up" item, which I have never done before.  the item is paid for but payment on hold until he picks it up.  There is a button to "contact buyer" but it gets the ebay block for "trying to contact the buyer not allowed, etc etc.  He has not received any of my messages that include my contact info. So frustrating. I will keep trying - thanks again!!  - Nancy Haseley

I was able to print out a packing slip and that has buyers address! thanks, you really helped me, I hadnt see the packing slip before -
