Ebay refunded buyer for item they say wasn't delivered but tracking says it was.

Ebay is so f#@ked up. I was contacted by eBay with a "BUYER WANTS TO RETURN ITEM" dispute. I immediately contacted the buyer, as is recommended. Next I went to check on the shipping status of the item and tracking says they were delivered at mailbox....
