All of a sudden, it just stopped. No one seems to be buying anymore for

Hello, I tried to list 4 new items and completed all the information &
prices -> Listed it. Thing is after that several minutes later when I
checked again, none of the new items were there in my store!! I waited
about an hour and still the same, anyo...
I wonder why the hell this system just relisted one of my sold item

Yes, I tried to pay through paypal. It asked me to fill out the custom
form. Or else it won't let me print label. Do I need to fill in all the
information in the custom form? It seems like there's a problem over
there too....
