Hi. Customer sent us a screen shot showing the item indicates has shipped -- and is arriving Tuesday -- without us having entered tracking yet. Is anyone else seeing this?

We have a listing where one of the variations has been listed with 0 inventory, and has shown a "greyed-out" pull-down option for the variation -- "Birch(out of stock)" -- for months. A buyer recently managed to order one of these with that variation...
