... and the verbiage is only one small paragraph out of the whole agreement, which I'm sure has been changed in other ways (e.g. it now says "We will provide you 30 days' notice by posting the amended terms" which is EITHER an important new term, or a term they are currently violating). I'm guessing this is an attempt to bury the lede. If anyone has a copy of the prior agreement I can run a "diff" against, please let me know and I'll post the results here.

That "30 Day notice" has been in the UA for a very long time. It is not new.

.... so therefore, this agreement must have been posted in late July in order to be effective Aug 28th (ignoring the requirement to email us notice). I doubt that happened, mostly because the agreement covers things that weren't really announced until the update.
