I have the mone, the buyer gave me the feedback but I cant give a
feedback to him thats the problem and the reason is the delivery status
in transit (according to my opinion) even it has been delivered.
I do both upload a tracking plus send a tracking url to a buyer. In
Europe there are many couriers and eBay is a buggy system and it is not
able to track all of them. Then, it remains in transit status even it
has already been delivered.
It looks like a promising article for an explanation but the number 4.2%
still does not match, even you reduce 5% by VAT 19%, 20%, 21% (Czech),
