eBay sent me a wrong payment 27.85 Eur instead of 45.56 Eur (after fees - I see it in the details of the sold item). Where can I complain? Thank you.

Either you had outstanding payments on your account or there were Promotional Listing fees tacked on to that listing. If its truly a miscalc reach out to a CS rep, they're ok to deal with.

The fee calculations are totaly messed up by eBay. I am not in USA, could someone refer me to a support please?
