Impossible to contact any eBay support - chat or call for 3 days

Hi,

I wasnt able to contact eBay support because they want USA or German number for a call but I am from other european country. Online chat is just with a bot - impossible to solve anything with a robot. How can I proceed to contact them via a call at best. Thank you.

     Totally agree with that. Their customer support has rapidly gone down hill in the last several years.
