What changed in the User Agreement?

It is so much easier to review the User Agreement if we have the sections that changed highlighted or otherwise flagged.  So what specifically changed in the UA?

Re: What changed in the User Agreement?

The Payment Terms of Use (for Managed Payments) is interesting.  Even to the point where if you are kicked out of MP, they MAY restore you to your previous payment method.  There is no way to simply highlight 'interesting' points.

The payments entity may, in its sole discretion, manage payments on your behalf even if you haven't provided all requested information, and the payments entity may withhold payouts pending receipt of such information.

The complete terms governing sellers' use of managed payments are available in the Payments Terms of Use - opens in new window or tab, incorporated herein. You agree to the Payments Terms of Use - opens in new window or tab to the extent applicable to you, whether or not your account has been enabled for managed payments.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous

That is pretty normal.  It is kind like what PP did when 1099's started.  PP had to have everyone's SSNs.  So it became a requirement.
