I've noticed the last few days that my promotions are no longer showing in search results. Is this a glitch or an intentional change? I am not sure what the proper name for the small banner is when it shows in the search listings, but the area highlighted in red is what I am referring to (the one that reads "Buy one and get one at x% off" and other promotion types) :
With the promotions banner now displaying at the bottom of listings, if promotions are no longer displayed in search results, to my knowledge the only place a buyer will see them (if they don't happen to scroll to the bottom of the listing) is in the cart during checkout (which is far too late after the fact).
By checkout time, the buyer has already made a purchase decision. Any seller promotion did not contribute to the buying decision and serves little value at that point.

Thanks to a helpful fellow eBayer who confirmed their promos are in fact displaying in search results (which I confirmed).
I am unsure why my promotions are no longer displaying in buyer search results (confirmed as of this writing by multiple users/browsers).

In summary, as of this writing promotions for several of my listings do not display in search results (I haven't yet checked them all, but none that I have checked display in search). Another eBay seller confirmed that their listings DO show the promo in search results as I have also confirmed.
Hopefully this is a temporary glitch for me, but if my account is part of some sort of test I would like to opt out of it and have my promotions again display in search.

We're testing are currently testing some changes to visibility of certain promotions based on many factors,including; promotion quality, item value/price, and item relevance. Be sure to create compelling promotional offers for your buyers by planning head and tying in your discounts with high traffic events for retail.
