I too have cards in the Vault. I wanted a title change. I called in to eBay customer support and they forwarded my call to special rep who had been trained on the Vault. She took my title request and submitted it for approval. I have not seen positive results yet, but it has been less than a day. But my point is, you might be able to request new photos by calling eBay and talking to such a rep.
