a man buyer offer on item i sold item to him , he didnt read listing or he did , he was sold womans item , i up grated shipping for him , now returning said it was cut like a womans item , yes i told him read listing is and was womans item , he tryed on , a man tryed on womans item , i cant resale that item , ebay will not help

Without knowing the item in question, are you saying you won't accept a return because the item was tried on?   Was any kind of return case filed?

Your listings say that you take returns, that means that you take them back for any reason, including returns from buyers who purchase the wrong item.

he got to return it because of what he state to ebay , if hes a man that likes woman items he needs to contact me with size needs , ty bye
