I try to return a cell phone that I got like 7 months ago and stop working without reason,and the cellar is not answering my messages and not way how to contact with ebay by online,very disappointed that ebay do not take responsibilities of businesses

Ebay only gives you 30 days after the actual date of receipt to open a case. PayPal gives you 180 days after the transaction date to do so.

If you've had the phone for 7 months, you're out of luck with both ebay and PayPal. Sorry.
