Hey there everybody.
I have just started using the GSP and have a few question in mind I don't seem to be able to find the answers to.
1. When using the GSP, what US location do I specify? The GS center? Or the place from where the item is shipped to the GS center?
2. Can I somehow include the shipping cost in the item price and list it as "free shipping" while still using the GSP?
3. One of my items shows "may not ship to your location" in the shipping info. It says that "the seller hasn't specified shipping to this location".
I can't find the reason to why it shows this message, it is not in a limited category nor is it too heavy or expensive.
Any idea about that?
Thanks a lot to those who choose to help 🙂
Regards,
Daniel.

2) No the GSP automatically calculates the price when the buyer goes to pay. However, if you put free shipping (Which is the domestic shipping) you automatically get 5 stars for shipping cost. They cannot downrate GSP charges.
3) It sounds like you have no alternative shipping selected and the GSP does not ship to that location. Certain categories will not ship to certain countries. IE if you have a clothing category Brazil is listed in the GSP. If its electronics the GSP will not ship to Brazil.

Hey,
Thanks for the reply 🙂
As for the location of the item, it is in the US, however, I'm not from the US. So should I specify its US location?
I wasn't able to find a list of categories corresponding to the countries they can be shipped to. Is there a list like that you know of?
Thanks for the help 🙂
Daniel.

If you're not a U.S. or U.K. seller, I don't believe you can use the GSP. I could be wrong, though, and I'm sure someone who knows more will be by to answer that question.
