print bulk address labels with rollo?

Is that possible? I print shipping labels every morning, but how about address labels? You know, so I can ship using stamps. I'm currently copying and pasting each address individually but this is tedious. thanks

Re: print bulk address labels with rollo?

These are the steps to generate address labels in bulk.

1. Go to your Orders page in Seller Hub.

2. Check the box next to every order

3. Select the option to "print packing slip and more" from the shipping button options at the top.

4. De-select the default packing slip. Select address label.

5. Click the download button on the top right corner.

This is the only way to generate address labels through eBay. As you can see, it generates both the ship from and ship to addresses as if you are printing direct on the envelope. There is no option to change format or size.

If this is not compatible with your Rollo labels, you may find sticking with copy/paste is the best option.

Re: print bulk address labels with rollo?

Actually no need to use a big 4x6 label, but regardless as you probably already noticed the ebay output per wastingtime101's post puts three to a sheet.  Why ebay thinks this is a label output is beyond me.  However, the way to make this work is as follows:

Download the labels.

Combine any multiple PDF pages into one.  This is optional, but can make things easier.

Then use either an Address Grabber or a Text Extractor to automatically send either both the FROM and TO or just the TO address to your Rollo.  Just the TO address will fit on a small standard address label or both on a large address label and save the big 4x6 label.

If you have Adobe Pro, it has an text extractor that probably will take care of this, but there are standalone Extractors and Grabbers that will work.  Not sure, but you may even find a free one floating around to try.

There also some third party postage providers that print first class letter labels, either directly on the envelope or to a thermal label.  These import from ebay directly and print a combined address and postage complete label.  I believe stamps.com will do this.

There also used to be some shipping apps (I use to use ShipRush) that would import from ebay and only print the address to a label printer, but don't know if any of those are still around.
