lost order

My order was never received. Seller messaged me that they resent my order (the last week of Dec) seller has messaged me about 6 more times since,  wanting me to write a positive review.  I said when I receive my order I will. Seller tells me again my order has been resent. This morning I get a message from seller that they have refunded my money.  1) I have not seen a refund   2) Seller lied for weeks telling me they resent my order. 3) Seller only wants a positive review.    The order is not much but it was Christmas gifts for my grand babies.

What should I do? I told seller from the start I want the items not a refund. But seller lied and has given me the bullcrap run around  for weeks now.

Re: lost order

Let me guess--China seller?

File a case to get your money back through ebay if you can.  If they could send the item, they would have.

There are many stories like this from China sellers ... you just have to embrace the fact that you are (most likely) not getting the item, and the seller is stringing you along as they hope to get you past the Money Back Guarantee claim expiration and keep your money.

So, file an Item Not Received claim to get a refund.  You can also leave negative feedback, but I'm not sure that sufficiently warns other buyers ... people continue to buy and suffer from these sellers despite the low feedback scores.

That right there should tell you what kind of seller youre dealing with. They are indeed a Chinese seller with the usual atrocious feedback.

You need to file the Item not received dispute right now. If you really had been refunded you would see that in your Paypal account. Instead you are simply being lied to as they want to string you along until it is too late to file the not received dispute and have Ebay force your refund for you. Do that today and do not wait any longer.
