eBay won't accept payment for a shipping label

I selected my PayPal and I know my card has enough money to cover it. What am I doing wrong?

At face value it doesn't make sense, because eBay owns PayPal : ).  The only time I've had a similar problem, I just needed to update my payment method info on file.

If you give us more info, maybe someone can help. What happens when you try to pay for the label?

Not since 2015, when PayPal was spun off as a separate company.
