I just noticed that with the last two items I sold, my debit card only
paid around 11 cents for the shipping label and the remaining costs were
taken out of my earnings. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Once again, eBay won't accept my PayPal funds to pay for a shipping
label, even though I have enough for it. I updated my card on PayPal
