I have had to refund international purchasers twice now in the last month because their packages have been stuck in a container somewhere. They just disappear. There is probably a good chance that sometime in the future, who knows when, the package may be delivered and I will be out the money and the item. I go to the post office and they say get a hold of eBay, since it is their system and eBay says contact USPS. Therefore, I am not longer going to ship to international buyers and will no longer use eBay's international package service. It's bad enough dealing with the incompetent USPS and then add to that the pinheads that are running eBay. I have been selling on eBay for 20 years and it all started to circle the drain starting with that Meg Whitman. Can you tell that I am **bleep** off?? Well, anyway, have any of you had the same problem with international shipping?

When shipping international, is best to use eBay's GSP service, you are only responsible to get the goods to the local US address only, they take care of the rest. I suppose you are actually using USPS international service, which will be longer transit time.

Package to Chile bounced around the USA for 2 weeks before stopping at ISC Chicago Hasn't been scanned or seen since June 8th
Package to Malaysia Sat at ISC Miami from June 7th till June 29th (22days) when it was scanned "Hold resolved" And hasn't been scanned or seen since then,
Meantime I has to refund both buyers and am out nearly $200.00 worth of merchandise plus an untold amount of bad Ju-Ju.
I received an envelope yesterday with a small order in it returned to me that I mailed to Israel May 28th.
I had a stamp collection I purchased from a seller in Poland take 101 days to arrive.
Maybe some of this is eBAy. I believe it's mostly every PO on the planet.

@76c
Have you tried this?
standard delivery claim:
https://www.pip-claim.com/PIPClaim/eBayIntClaim/CreateeBayClaim
Your parcel does have $100 insurance. Have no idea if they actually pay out. If you try it, do let us know.

I constantly have issues with eBay International Delivery and used to be the first to talk smack about how horrendous the entire program is. Especially since they only covered the cost of the item up to $100 on claims, but didn't cover the cost of shipping. However, something has changed recently and there have been major improvements.
Around July 1st of this year, I started receiving the entire amount of a lost/delayed/stuck item + the cost of the shipping label when I filed claims with EID. I thought it was some kind of mistake, but I've had 6 claims paid in full within 72 hours of filing since then.
I don't know if there's some kind of announcement pending, but it's definitely taking a turn for the better (*knocks on wood*).
If you haven't already, try filing claims on the lost items using the link provided by ittybitty - you should be quickly reimbursed up to $100 for each one.
