cancelling an order after the shipping label is printed

The buyer wants to change the order, but the shipping label is already printed.  Can I discard the label?

Go to your shipping labels and click voi9d next to the one you want to cancel.

If it's a USPS label, it'll be a few weeks before you receive the refund.

@jbarzie Yes, but you need to actually void the label. Very easy to do on eBay, just go to your labels and you will see the prompt to void this label. I did it recently and got my refund within two weeks. Best of luck to you....
