Lately, items I'm selling that use eBay Ground Advantage labels are not receiving tracking updates. When I check "Orders" and click the "View Tracking" link there are no updates. When I lookup the tracking number on USPS website, I can see updated tracking information. Any one else having the same issue?

I am not having the issue but there have been a few threads talking about that issue. All that matters is on the left side it says "shipped" then eventually "delivered."

Yeah many people have this issue as well. Item was delivered yesterday, meanwhile on eBay, doesn’t show a single scan.
Aside from this, the iOS app has serious search problems (jumping, artifacts, scrolling jerky).

I'm not getting any updates at all. Not even "USPS in possession of item".

Just checked on USPS website and the item was delivered. eBay stills shows nothing. The only real issue is a bad buyer clamming he didn't get the item. My guess is that when updating the tracking number per eBay request, they will check the USPS website and back you up.

No, the issue is defects from lack of scanning reflected on the website, then the subsequent decrease in visibility.

Had 2 orders this week with the same issue. They are delivered per USPS. Nothing on eBay.

@wastingtime101 fyi; that 'thread' by Elizabeth doesn't say what to do and nobody can comment. I asked her in another thread if sellers are still to go to FB reps for a fix or ??

Seller eval is still more than 3 weeks away. Typically eBay takes care of these things automatically, removing performance hits before the monthly eval without sellers needing to use up their time contacting CS.
As a seller I would do nothing here as there are still more than 3 weeks before the monthly eval. I would not contact CS unless a buyer files an INR claim.
elizabeth@ebay can probably confirm whether that's what will happen with the Oct 20 situation. 🙂

Yall check now. Mine is synced, and this was without me ever contacting them for help.
I still have the strikes in my Seller Performance but I'm sure that will be the next phase of fixing.
