Over the last two weeks or so I've attempted to print an eBay International shipping label. There were 3 different parcels going to three different countries on three different dates. I know the drill and have done this many times, but all three labels received a "Sorry something went wrong. Try again later" error. Since each international shipment came on separate dates "try again later" didn't change anything. Each time I rechecked the info for the respective label multiple times.

Today it happened again and I called eBay. I was told by the rep there is a known issue that is being worked on however, I come to the forum to learn more and cannot find a single about this issue. I figured if this was a widespread issue, eBayers would be up in arms about it.

There have been a few posts on the board about it but I don't know if it has been reported or is being fixed.

I have the same issue "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again Later" I have contacted ebay support twice for different shipments to different countries. They told me there is a glitch and have no solution and no idea when it will be fixed. Lame! I have had to cancel the orders and see if the buyer wanted to purchase again with a different, more expensive shipping method.

In my case I was able to use USPS First Class International at not much more cost. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with transitioning sellers to the new Global Shipping program. I haven't had to ship internationally since making this post. I feel for sellers who are taking a big hit as a result of this glitch.

I have been having the same issue with eBay International Standard Delivery for at least 3 months. I use eBay International Standard Delivery exclusively for international orders and I average around one international order a day. At least 90% of my international orders give the same "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later." error when I try to print a label. I have contact eBay customer service at least a dozen times over the last few months and have been told that it is a known error, they have no fix and they have no idea when the issue will be fixed.
