Seller refused to ship paid purchase

Hi so I won a product on here and I was the only bidder on it and it said that i would only have to pay 15 dollars for shipping and then when the seller went to ship it to me he send me a message and was like you do realize it's like 60 bucks to ship it to cause it's over size I respond not my problem I already paid for the shipping  and now I've had no response from him if he's going to ship it or refund my money. Can anyone tell me how I can get a hold of a actual person to step in thanks

You do not need to get a hold of anybody. eBay has a wonderful Money Back Guarantee, I suggest you read up on it. Day after estimated arrival date, submit an item not delivered, claim. Just go to your purchase, look for item in question, select not received. eBay will refund your $. At this stage, I don't expect seller to send your item, he obviously underestimated his shipping cost.

The seller is not allowed to do that.  however, eBay can't make them ship.  Sure a dunking stool would go a long way with that but, you know how the UN frowns on torture.

Just wait one day past the last given delivery date and file an item not received.  Don't fall for any you have to cancel so I can give a refund crap.  So sellers try to get the buyer to cancel to avoid a very serious NPS defect for refusing to ship after an item is paid for.

He also wanted me to call him to discuss it. I'm not going to do that

I've called ebay and they have given him till Friday to send me the product or start the refund process they seen the messages between us and there like nope his account is under refew

New sellers make mistakes.

Hopefully that seller will get the dimensions for shipping that light set correct if they relist the item.
