Is there a way to scan the USPS Scan Form at the self-serve kiosk? The
PO I use is busy and being an avid user of the scan form, I would like
to continue this convenience with the kiosk if possible.

If you didn't pay for the return label I don't see how you could deduct
the cost of shipping. To have the buyer pay for return shipping then you
deduct the cost of the label from the refund is double dipping,
IMO.(Subject to be wrong due to incomplet...
If it offers any reassurance, I use scan forms exclusively when shipping
multiple packages. Haven't been dinged for a late shipment yet. Even if
it's just 2. For personal reasons I go to the post office.
Maybe that's why my stuff doesn't get lost? I use the eBay RGB tape,
stickers, & 'thank you' stickers. Always a 'thank you' sticker & the RGB
stickers can help cover markings or partial labels that can't be
removed.
