Just shipped my first package to France using the new eBay International Standard Delivery. Has some problems.
1. Label printed "portrait" and no option that I could see to make it print "landscape". So, it prints smaller and goes outside of the peel and stick labels that all other shipping fits into. Had to go back a century and print on paper, cut it out, tape it carefully, not covering barcodes etc.
2. Got on shipping info on the label page as I normally do.
3. Went to PayPal to print the shipping info and it wasn't there. Marked it shipped, added tracking but no charge for the shipping.
Is anyone having trouble with this service? I'm in limbo not knowing what will happen to my package. Also, absolutely no access to eBay customer service on my usual phone number. Does anyone have a number that gets to customer service?

These labels work like FedEx labels. When you buy the label, eBay provides you with an estimate for shipping based on your measurements ... after it arrives at the ISD center, they check your weight and measurements, and then bill you.

Thanks. I am hoping this works well for my customer. It seems the price is right.
