You can reprint your shipping label at no extra cost within 24 hours of purchasing it.
but my question is after 24h how i can request a copy of that , the buyer can get a copy attached to his email or whatever place where he can send to me a proof?

OP stated in the other thread that the Miami address is an actual residence. Their "vacation home".

Yes, but the address they gave is for a Miami freight forwarder - EXUR Envios

I don't see in either of the threads where the OP gave an actual address?

I think I am the seller they are complaining about

The buyer lives in Uruguay, and claims to have a home in Florida. Has me sent the item to a Miami freight forwarder. Item shows as arrived, left with individual. But the buyer claims it did not get there.

Then give them a copy of the label, if you have it. Or help them file a missing package report.

The seller doesn't have to provide a copy of the label.

No they don't have to.
But if the responder here is the seller in question and if it proves that the seller didn't deliberately defraud the buyer by shipping to a fake address .... then why not help the buyer get on the right track, instead of letting them keep claiming the "closest address" scam argument that they seem to be stuck in?
I already told the OP that they don't NEED the label ... but they are fixated on this idea that the seller has nefariously and deliberately defrauded them.
It would be much better to get them looking in the RIGHT place. Either at USPS for misdelivery or with their Freight Forwarder (if there is one involved).

To sum it up, the buyer lied about using a forwarding company.
The buyer then very publicly accuses you of fraud.
Me personally, I'd tell the buyer to kick rocks and ignore any further communication. I wouldn't even think of helping them at this point.

The OP knows that the package was shipped to a freight forwarder. They lied about having it shipped to a vacation home.

The thing is, I think the language difference may be a problem. I figure that is why the tone seems so accusatory. Short of a refund, I want to do whatever I can to help them out. If the item was mine, The sad thing is: I did not get a dime form this and several other transactions. I was helping out a dead friend...
