You can reprint your shipping label at no extra cost within 24 hours of purchasing it.
but my question is after 24h how i can request a copy of that , the buyer can get a copy attached to his email or whatever place where he can send to me a proof?

The seller has the tracking number in their sold items list and the buyer can check the tracking in their purchase history list.

The seller doesn't have to give you a copy of the shipping label.

The seller doesn't have to send you a copy of the shipping label. I don't even know that there is a way to get a copy of a shipping label used anymore via paypal or ebay.

Why not just check the tracking as see if it appears to be on it's way to you?
If the seller did an online shipping label through Ebay, the address auto filled in from the information you provided at the time of payment. Did you provide the seller with an incorrect address? What has caused you to have this concern?

OP has another thread
The Item shows delivered. Someone has convinced the OP that the seller nefariously changed the address.
The USPS should be able to provide you with the label information, based on the tracking number. Everything that you need is encoded in the barcode on the label and the USPS can pull up that info on their computer. All Delivery scans have GPS location codes attached.
Go to your local Miami Post Office and ask them to verify that the item was (or was not) delivered to the address on the label.
You don't need the actual label. You only need to prove that you are the addressee.

is just curious that I never received the DROPP OFF eBay email neither,
if the USPS shows delivered , and i not have the packing , maybe the wrong address is the best idea
ok ill go to post office, but if they're told me that the packing was delivered a nearest address not at mine , the guy that told me that the seller send a junk to a nearest address has reason,.... really don't know
for that is important that i can see with my eyes the address at shipping label, as im not seller i don't know, eBay or paypal don't sent a confirmation label to your email? as a backup copy?

The seller does not generate those messages. eBay does.
Stop focusing on a missing "dropped off" notification. It is meaningless.
"They told me". Who told you?
Who has convinced you that the seller is scamming you?
Without proof from the Post Office, you are just making assumptions.
"Refused to send" you what? The label? They are not required to do so.
The seller shipped
They gave you the tracking number.
The Item shows Delivered.
Your issue is now with the Post Office.

what are my chances to get my money or ítem?
as i understand "ZERO"
as delivery shows "deliverd"
i can't open a case neither an eBay neither at paypal
and again if a wrong label was made ? how i can make my defense?
Get PROOF from the USPS that the address on the label does not match the address on the order.
When you have PROOF that you have been a victim of fraud, then you take it up with your payment provider (PayPal or Credit Card).
But you need to go to the Post Office and get PROOF.
If the USPS determines that the label matches your shipping address and that it was actually delivered to the correct address ... then you might be able to file a claim with your homeowner's insurance for stolen property.
Stop "what if" and go get your PROOF.

I think the issue may be that the item was sent to a freight forwarder, and the freight forwarder claims the item never arrived.
