How to get customer email and phone number?

I want to get the customer's email and phone number because Auspost needs this information. But I can not find any customer information from the order. How can I get them without contacting customers?

Tracking not working properly

If you right click on the tracking number and open in a new window or tab then they will work on Chrome and Edge. Don't know about Safari. Give it a try. Sometimes a adblocker or popup blocker may interfere with it too.
