Hello,
A buyer purchased and he paid but when I ship the item to him , the shipping company- more than one- told me that its address is a remote area and the cost of shipping will be $ 83 not 43 $ , what I can do to avoid overpaying $ 40 ?

Which shipping companies, Fedex and UPS? What about USPS?

Your listings show free shipping from Egypt? You didnt check the shipping fees before you listed them that way?

yes, all my listing are free shipping that I include the shipping cost with the price and I have no way to know that a zone ( town, village ) or a zip code in side US is a remote area for DHL and UPS .
I want a method to know those remote area places to avoid them in future ?
thanks

I see you sell books. Why is selling one now so different from selling one a month ago, or are we talking about something else you sold?
I also live in a small town, but I still have a post office, and home delivery that is on par with the nearest larger city pricewise. The only difference is USPS does not deliver to my house, so I have a PO box. And if I need home delivery or don't know the shipper, I use street addressing.

There is no system available that will list all those areas. USPS will deliver anywhere in the US for no additional cost, although there are areas where they will only deliver to the nearest 'hub/po box' etc. and the person buying would be/should be, using that address.
You are best off NOT using free shipping, use calculated shipping and have the buyer pay the shipping costs. You are shipping Internationally- very few do 'free shipping' that way (exception being countries that subsidize)
