I've never really had any issues using ebay so I've never really felt the need to post on here. So helloooo!
I ordered two items last week from two different sellers, who posted them out with yodel. Tracking numbers provided.
Now until this evening, said items were due for arrival tomorrow. I've been keeping a close eye on them.
I received an email at 11.03pm tonight stating that both items had been delivered. The tracking on ebay states it was delivered at 11.02pm but on yodel website it states it was delivered at 5.40pm or something.
There are no cards here, and I have been in.
Now obviously because its all no signing deliveries at the moment I was just wondering if someone can offer some advice on where I stand with this.
I feel it may arrive tomorrow as originally stated, but I have anxiety and I'm very stressed and worried about it so would like some advice in the event it doesn't. If it does arrive tomorrow, why does yodel and ebay state different times and that it's already delivered?
And obviously if I can't sign for them, if they don't turn up where do I stand with refunds because I've read in the past ebay tends to side with the seller if it is tracked.
I have included a screenshot of one of the items messages to show the different times. Not that I think it'll be much help but I thought I would include them anyway.
