Will reshipping an item still be eligible for paypal's returns reimbursement?

Made a sale, buyer forgot to put their apartment number so the package is on its way back to me. So obviously I'm going to have to send it back what are my best options besides asking the buyer to cover the reshipping cost that I can be fully covered for the cost of reshipping?

I'm sorry but what "returns reimbursement" are you referring to?

The only way to cover the reship costs is to have the buyer pay for it. It was, after all, their error not yours.

You don't have any other choice......but to ask the buyer to pay again for delivery.......   Any time it's happened to me, buyer is totally embarrassed and paypals me the cost.....

It's whatever they offer for return shipping costs they will reimburse you up to a certain amount of times per year for returns you have to pay for shipping labels from ebay sales. Just seeing if there was also something that may apply to my situation.

And this is what I'll do. I also requested the buyer to add the apartment number to their address by editing it on paypal. For some reason I do not think they will do this. However if they try to pull some claim on me wont my chances of it being in my favor go down if I created a label with the proper address and apt # but it was not changed by them on paypal or ebay?
